How does everything work?

• You place an order online.
• Within 24 hours we email you a ten digit PIN and dialing instructions.
• You can add funds to your PIN on Discall.ca web site – select Recharge PIN option.

To make calls follow the steps.

• Dial the access number in your area. The list of access numbers can be found here.
• If you are calling from your phone, the number will be automatically recognized and you will hear the prompt. If you are calling from another phone – you will be asked to enter your PIN and four digit password.
• Enter the phone number you are calling.


For Canadian and US phone numbers enter 1 – area code – phone number
For other countries, enter 011 - country code – phone number

Refund policy

We will issue refund for the unused balance on your calling card within 30 days of your order.
